Aussie relatives

It's been loads of buzz since 5th November, when my in-laws arrived at our place. It's get together not only with family from S'pore, it's also get together with papa's Aussie aunts and uncles and cousins. Meet our Aussie relatives...

On the right is aunty Yoke Sim and uncle Wing Kee (Papa's uncle). they've lived here for about 20 years now. Pictured here at their house in Dandenong, after a sumptious meal. Aunty Yoke Sim is a great cook and we love to be invited to her house. And everytime we meet up or when they come over, aunty Yoke Sim would bake us a cake. O yes, that day, we plucked all the grapefruit from the grapefruit tree in their backyard. I had grapefruit juice for everyone after that.

At Clarissa's 5th birthday party at the Halliday Park, we had an Aussie BBQ of lamp chop and sausages. On the left is Ai Ling and on the right is Carol. They're sisters and daughters of aunty Yoke Sim and Uncle Wing Kee. They came here to study in the uni and have now settled down at their own houses. They each have a Rottweiler. True blue aussie animal lovers.

Snug between the girls is baby Mia, 7th month old baby of Alicia. Mia has beautiful blue eyes. Alicia is daughter of Aunty Mae, whose married here in Australia and have lived here for more than 30 years. Aunty Mae is papa's youngest aunt. Recently we celebrated aunty Mae's 60th birthday. Her birthday falls on the same day as Clarissa, 11th Nov.

At Alicia's house in Blackburn South. Alicia cooked us dinner that evening. She's sitting on the right with baby Mia and on the left is Lorina, Alicia's elder sister. And there's Lorina's son, Josh, on her lap. Alicia and Lorina are now back in S'pore with hubby and kids to visit Popo.
