So happy to meet up with my ex-colleagues. Jen, Miao, WeeHeng and I met to have dinner at Crystal Jade and a drink at Coffee Bean. And there's Tricia, our sweet little companion...Lucky the kids who have these great ladies as their teachers...They're such gorgeous people.
This is Samy's Curry Restaurant at Dempsy Road. Papa's favourite haunt so mummy and papa used to visit this place often because they love South Indian food and the quaint dining experience here. Mummy was so surprised to see Dempsy Road transformed. It's so happening now. Kids had their very first dinner on banana leaf...Complete with ice cold lime juice!
Kids had their favourite noodle at Ramen Ramen Ramen at Rail Mall. The noodle was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture. Kids were so happy with the meal and were clowning around.
Maureen and Calvin brought us to Boon Lay Hawker Center. We had the usual hawker fare, chicken rice, nasi lemak and fried oyster. I had my long awaited sugar cane juice with lemon. That was heavenly. And the girls enjoying their fresh soya bean drink.
Tonight, we are eating out again. With our family, at Chua Chu Kang. Eating fishhead steamboat and satay. This satay is the Best, because the peanut sauce comes with a dash of pineapple sauce.
Saving my appetite for it...Nan San Satay.
