Tricia's First Day At School

Tricia started Prep School today. She's in Prep 1B. She loves her summer dress. It comes with a hairband too. She looks gorgeous... Isn't it wonderful to be a 5 year-old girl?

Over here, there's a few outfits of uniform to choose from. For girls, either the summer dress or T-shirts with skorts. On colder days, both boys and girls wear trackpants and long sleeves T-shirts. They have a windcheater to keep warm. It's compulsory to wear either the Legionnaires Hat or Bucket Hat, it shields them from the sun as well as the cold... It's also a school rule: No Hats, No Play.

With so many pieces of clothing for the kids' uniform, can you figure how much that cost? $388

This morning is especially cold and rainy, at 18 degrees. The rain that was supposed to fall finally did... The farmers must be very happy. I'm sure the grass patch around the house needed their drink of water after such a long dry spell.
