Mummy made this for Timothy's classmates at their class barbeque last week. Mango flavour. It was such a hit. All gone in a few minutes.One of his classmate dump one jelly into his mouth and nearly choked! He thought it would just melt in his mouth like the wobbly jelly that he's used to eating here. Thank goodness he spit it out in time. The next time I make this, must put up a sign 'Konnyaku Jelly, Eat slowly'.

The strawberry season kicked in and these are super sweet. The pineapple is great too. Kiwi is still the sour fruit.
